...trainin with the C2...

Had a bang-up session on the water with C2 extraordinaire @gabbeausev & @aruss1983 this aft, thanks to @coachluce and @markoldershaw for the video, splits and verbal encouragement, apologies to the nice couple on their dock for the excessive cussing.  We rocked a fast 85% 1000 (3:31, thanks tailwind), followed by some 300s, 250s and 200s. Megaturbo-pace.

Then we were so high on lactic acid we went frolicking in the sunflower fields together holding hands.

Been loving the new Arcade Fire album, Suburbs... rockin summer of music with Tokyo Police Club, Broken Social Scene, The National and The Black Keys all smashing my ear drums with brand spankin' rock n roll.  Who did I miss?  Comment below on what's in your ears.
