::Adam "From the Cow World"...::

I raced at Rocksjon (rocklake) int'l regatta this past weekend here in Jonkoping... 500m and 5000m.
My name over the loud speaker apparently sounds like "Adam from the Cow World" to the Swedes, so that was quite a hit. Andre from Nelo tells me that it sounds like "Adam green-seat" in Portuguese.
Anders won the 500m on the weekend and I was 2nd, but I won the 5k, with @analog79 in 2nd place. Yes that IS World and Olympic Champ Henrik Nilsson next to me on the start. He finished 4th, not bad for a coach!
Hey congrats to all the Canadian canoeists and kayakers who raced in Montreal on the weekend at trials! Stoked to see my team over here soon...
In professional sport news, the Suns take on the Lakers tonight in potentially the Purplest western conference final in recent history. I am cheering for Steve Nash because he is the man, and I am a big fan. Kinda bummed it won't be on Eurosport. However, I recently acquired a ticket to the UEFA Champions Cup Final for this weekend in Madrid for this Saturday. I found a good flight to get me from Sweden to Hungary with a night in Madrid layover... so Ola Espana, I'm coming to watch some football!! Ole... Ole Ole Ole...
